I hope everyone is having a great week! I know a lot of students are finishing up finals and graduation is right around the corner for high school students. I just have a quick post here about a few accomplishments of some of our UMBC students. Three UMBC students will be receiving the Gates Cambridge scholarship which will allow them to attend the University of Cambridge will all expenses paid. The Gates Cambridge scholarship (think Rhodes Scholarship for the 21^st Century) was established by Bill and Melinda Gates and is awarded to approximately 100 students around the world each year.
